After publication of this article [1], the authors reported that a wrong Supplementary file was originally published with this article; it has now been replaced with the correct file. The Supplementary Material 1 that contained crude data has been removed, and the Supplementary Material that includes a brief introduction to the five cohorts, Tables S1-S14, Figure S1, and the STROBE Statement has been added.

The original article has been corrected.
