ES group, 65–74-year-old patients with SAD < 160 mm; EL group, 65–74-year-old patients with SAD ≥ 160 mm; LS group, ≥ 75-year-old patients with SAD < 160 mm; LL group, ≥ 75-year-old patients with SAD ≥ 160 mm.
