Most of the staff lack basic nursing education. The staff have difficulty understanding the information and the importance of taking part in information and training.

Nursing staff have no training in how to care for persons with COVID-19. The person often lie flat on their backs. The nursing staff don't know how to put someone into the side position or into the heart position.

No physicians on the unit for correct assessments/measures.
