^a represents the 7 response categories of the frequency subscale before collapsing. 0 = not at all, 1 = less than once a month, 2 = once a month, 3 = 2 to 3 times a month, 4 = once a week, 5 = several times a week, 6 = every day. ^b represents the 4 response categories of the frequency subscale after the scale was collapsed. 0 = not at all, 1 = 1–3 times a month, 2 = 1–6 times a week, 3 = every day.
