Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

(a) Aged 60 years or older

(a) Known history of autism, intellectual disability, schizophrenia-spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, Parkinson’s disease, or dementia/significant cognitive impairment

(b) At risk of depression or have sub-threshold depressive symptoms based on assessment by social workers

(b) Imminent suicidal risk (temporary exclusion criteria)

(c) Able to give informed consent to participate

(c) Difficulty in communication
