Types of hospital-acquired pADEs (A) and uADEs (B) identified during the baseline and intervention measurements. Mild to moderate hospital-acquired pADEs or uADEs correspond to grade 1 to 2 of the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events criteria version 3.0 (CTCAEv3) [39]. Serious hospital-acquired pADEs or uADEs are adverse events, which caused severe, life-threatening, or fatal patient harm (grade 3 to 5 of the CTCAEv3)
