Among the overall 1004 participants, each participant had at least one of those three conditions. Of these, 558 were frail, 774 had ADL disability, and 777 had comorbidity. Disability: having difficulties in one or more ADL. Comorbidity: with 2 or more out of the following × chronic diseases: hypertension, diabetes, cancer, chronic heart disease, stroke, chronic digestive disease, arthritis/rheumatism, chronic lung disease, and chronic kidney disease
