Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

• age ≥ 70 years

• Clinical Frailty Scale score 4 (“very mild frailty”), 5 (“mildly frail”), or 6 (“moderately frail”)

• living at home or assisted living

• able to walk ≥10 m with or without walking aid

• able to walk ≥800 m without walking aid or breaks

• cognitive impairment (Short Orientation-Memory-Concentration Test score > 10)

• insufficient German language skills

• visual acuity not sufficient to recognize study material

• medical conditions:

- heart failure (NYHA III-IV)

- stroke within the last 6 months

- Morbus Parkinson (Hoehn & Yahr Stage ≥3)

- cancer, if currently under treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, radiation) or in an advanced stage

- severe lung disease requiring (intermittent) oxygen supply

- multiple sclerosis
