  1. Respondents diagnosed with dementia by DSM-IV and also 10/66 diagnoses were defined as ‘DSM-IV dementia’ group (n = 24). Respondents not diagnosed with dementia either by DSM-IV or 10/66 diagnoses were defined as ‘No dementia’ group (n = 1268). Respondents diagnosed with dementia by 10/66 diagnosis but not confirmed by DSM-IV diagnosis were defined as ‘10/66 dementia not confirmed by DSM-IV’ (n = 105) group.
