Between seminars: Read an individualized care plan and identify if and how the national fundamental values are expressed in the plan. Together with a resident, update the care plan in relation to the national fundamental values.

To provide a shared understanding among staff of improvements needed to increase residents’ sense of dignity and well-being in relation to identified difficulties, possibilities, weaknesses and strengths.
