  2. The dependent variable, physical activity at 12 month follow up, was coded as 0 = inactive and 1 = active
  3. The independent variables entered into the model were self-reported health (extracted from the SF-12), BMI, living conditions, smoking (yes/no), pain duration in years, pain intensity, self-efficacy (GSE) score, and kinesiophobia (TSK-11) score
  4. The model was controlled for age (in years) and sex (0 = man, 1 = woman) and baseline physical activity (0 = inactive and 1 = active)
