  1. *We repeated the model shown in Table 2, four times replacing harm avoidance with each of its 4 subscores. Each row shows the results for a separate linear mixed effect models for a different subscore. The first term is the annual rate of change in parkinsonism; the 2nd term is the relationship between the subscore and level of parkinsonism and the 3rd columns shows the relationship between the subscore and the annual rate of change in parkinsonism. Each model also included terms (not shown) which controlled for age, sex, education and their interaction with the rate of change in parkinsonism [Estimate (Standard Error, p Value)].
